 Pancakes without flour

Ingredients:

Banana – 1 pc.
Eggs – 2 pcs.
Coconut – 20 g
Cinnamon (optional) – 1 pinch
Vegetable oil – optional

Preparation:

Mash peeled banana with a fork.

Add the eggs and beat all with a blender until smooth. Then type in a lot of coconut (optional, add a pinch of cinnamon) and whisk again.

Fry the pancakes on both sides in a little oil (any) until golden brown.
