Pancakes stuffed with liver

Ingredients:

● 400-500 g liver
● 0.5 liters of milk
● 3 eggs
● 3 tablespoons flour
● salt to taste

For filling:
● 3 carrots
● 3 large onions
● 3 eggs
● little mayonnaise

Preparation:

Vegetables for filling my, clean. Carrot rub on a coarse grater, onion cut into cubes. In vegetable oil fry onions. Once it becomes clear – add carrots. All together we fry for about 15 minutes (until the carrots are browns).

Eggs – Hard boiled boil, clean and rub on a coarse grater. Putting all the ingredients for the filling and if the mayonnaise. The liver is cut into small pieces, scrolls on the ground in a meat grinder or food processor. The liver mince add the eggs, milk, salt, flour and mix thoroughly.

Give the dough 5 minutes to stand up and start to bake pancakes. Fry, as the most common thin pancakes on a preheated pan lightly greased with vegetable oil.

Then each pancake grease filling, turn roll and cut into three or more parts.

Delicious to eat them both warm and cold.
