Pancake pie with chicken and mushrooms


20 fresh non-yeast pancakes with a diameter of 22-24 cm
500-700 g fillet of chicken breast
500 g champignons or other mushrooms
1 medium onion
150 ml cream 20%
200 g grated Gouda cheese, cheddar or mozzarella
1 small bunch of parsley
salt, black pepper
olive oil


Cut small pieces of chicken and mushrooms, finely chop the onion and parsley. In a heated pan with oil, quickly sauté the chicken, add the onions, then the mushrooms, leave to stew on low heat for 5 min.

Pour in the cream, season with salt and pepper. Remove from heat, cool slightly, add parsley and grind in a blender into a homogeneous mass.

The post pancakes in the shape is the same diameter and with high sides. Every damn promazyvaya filling and sprinkle with grated cheese, until something ends first.

The top pancake must be lubricated with stuffing and covered with cheese. Decorate pie with chicken and mushrooms.

Put the form with the pie in a preheated 180 °C oven for 15-20 minutes Serve hot or cold, to taste.
