Pancake cake


Flour – 4 tbsp

Starch – 4 tbsp

Eggs – 1 pc.

Milk – 300 ml

Water – 250 mL

Chocolate – 50 g

Cocoa – 3 tbsp

Salt, sugar – to taste

Vegetable oil – 1 tbsp

For the cream:

Milk – 0.5 l

Vanilla sugar – 50 g

Corn or potato starch – 40 g


All the ingredients are thoroughly mixed, add the melted chocolate. Cooking pancakes for 2-3 minutes on each side on a non-stick frying pan.

400 ml milk brought to the boil. Separately, mix the sugar and starch, slowly pour 100 ml of cold milk and stir thoroughly until smooth. A thin stream pour in the boiling milk. On low heat bring to a boil a lot of stirring constantly, until the cream thickens.

Pancakes oil cream, put at least an hour in a cool place. It turns out very simple and delicious cake.
