We need to take 4 oranges, wash them and pour over boiling water. For the next 12-24 hours remove the oranges in the freezer. Due to freezing in the bitter oranges removed

Once you pull the oranges from the freezer, they need to pour hot water to defrost a little bit and make it more soft for the subsequent slicing.

Cut each orange for 6-8 pieces.

Now scroll the oranges through a meat grinder together with the skin.

Orange mass pour 3 liters of cold water (boiled or filtered) and insist 15 minutes.

After 15 minutes, strain and the infusion should be filtered through cheesecloth or a fine sieve. Adding to the infusion of 6-7 liters of water, 0.7 kg of sugar and a bit of citric acid. Instead of citric acid can squeeze the juice of one lemon.

Lemonade must infuse for 1 hour, to get rich color and flavor.
