Omelette with mushrooms

 Omelette with mushrooms


Eggs – 4 pcs.
Mushrooms (fresh or frozen mushrooms or mushrooms) – 200 g
Onions – 1 pc.
The milk – ½ cup
Fresh fennel – a little
solid cheese varieties – 50 g
Vegetable oil – 1-2 tablespoons
Salt – to taste


Mushrooms cut and fry in vegetable oil in a frying pan.

Onion peel and chop.

Add it to the mushrooms, salt and fry.

Separate the whites from the yolks, the yolks just stir and whites beat with a mixer.

Connect the whites with the yolks, add milk, salt and stir. Pour this mixture of mushrooms and onions.

Cook over a moderate heat for 3-5 minutes, then cover and cook for another minute. Meanwhile, grate the cheese on a fine grater, fennel wash and chop.

Ready omelette sprinkle with cheese and herbs.
