Omelette – roll

Omelette – roll. Simply delicious!

Ingredients 1 roll:
2 eggs
2 tablespoons milk
finely grated cheese
finely chopped sausage and greens

Preparation:

1. Shake well the eggs with the milk and pour in the heated pan. Reduce the heat and a little cover for a few minutes

2. Put the cheese, sausage and fresh herbs, a little cheese on top, fold the omelette using blades to roll and leave a seam down in the pan for a minute
