Oat pancakes

Ingredients:

milk – 1 1/4 cups
salt – 1/2 tsp
olive oil – 1 tbsp
egg – 1 pc.
juice of half a lemon middle
flour – 1 1/4 cups
sugar – 3 tbsp
Vegetable oil for frying
oatmeal Fast Food – 1/2 cup
soda – 1/2 tsp

Preparation:

In a bowl pour the oatmeal, sugar and salt. Add lightly beaten egg, then milk. Stir with a fork and mix with lemon juice soured. Leave on for 20 minutes.

Measure the right amount of flour and baking soda, and be sure to sift together. Pour the flour into a bowl and mix with a fork is not very achieving uniform. The dough should have a thick enough as fat sour cream.

Thereafter, add olive oil to the dough – spoon or two depending on the consistency and stir again.

In a frying pan heat the oil well.

Table spoon lay out the dough into the pan, fry quickly, first on one side for about 1 minute. Then spatula to flip to the other side, cover and cook for a few minutes.

Ready-made pancakes folded stacks on a large flat dish.

Serve the pancakes hot with jam, jam, sour cream or with condensed milk.
