Ingredients:

Unsalted butter (softened) – 170 g
Sugar – 200 g
Egg (large) – 1 piece.
Vanilla extract – 1 teaspoon
Flour – 105 g
Baking soda – 1 tsp..
Ground cinnamon – 1 tsp..
Salt – 1/2 tsp..
Oats – 220 g
Walnuts, toasted and chopped – 110 g

Preparation:

Preheat oven to 176 degrees, place the nuts on a baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes.

After 10 minutes, remove the pan from the oven, let the nuts cool and cut into pieces.

In a small bowl, beat the butter and sugar with a mixer until the mass uniformity, add the egg and vanilla extract and mix again.

In a separate bowl, combine flour, salt, baking soda and cinnamon.
Add the resulting mixture to the whipped butter with the sugar and stir until smooth. Then, add the nuts and oats. Stir.

Use a spoon to form balls of ice cream, to divide the dough. Pre-soak the spoon with water, then the dough will not stick.

Shape the cookies and place on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper at a distance from each other – 5 cm.

Moisten a teaspoon of water and crushed cookies.
Bake the cookies for 13 minutes, until it becomes a light golden on the edges, but still remains soft and slightly moist in the center. Remove the cookies from the oven and let cool.
