Noodles with shrimp and vegetables

Noodles goes well with seafood. Keep in mind that vegetables should be slightly crunchy. Do not overcook them.


300 g of the noodle
300 g peeled shrimp
1 sweet red pepper
1 sweet green pepper
1 sweet yellow pepper
2 carrots
1 onion
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons sesame oil or olive oil

Cooking method:

Boil the noodles.

Chop onions and peppers into small cubes. Carrots cut into strips no more than 5 mm in thickness.

Sauté the vegetables over high heat in a heated frying pan with sesame oil for 3 minutes, stirring constantly.

Add prawns and fry for another 2 minutes.

Then add the noodles and soy sauce and fry with constant stirring for 2-3 minutes.
