Motley salad of peppers, cheese and corn

Motley salad of peppers, cheese and corn

Ingredients:

Rye bread – 200 g
Garlic cloves – 2 pcs.
Olive oil – 40 ml
Green sweet pepper – 2 pcs.
Sweet pepper red (paprika) – 2 pcs.
Cheese – 200 g
Canned corn – 250 g

Preparation:

1. Cut a small (1 cm x 1 cm) cubes pulp of black bread, garlic and finely shinkuem dries all simmered in olive oil for 10 minutes.
2. Diced red and green chop pepper. Cheese cubes, too.
3. We spread layers of all the ingredients in a bowl (or other container) and add the sweet corn.
4. Season with a little olive oil. Spices and salt to taste, but in my personal recipe I do without them – and so delicious 🙂
