Morning drink with oat flakes

For those who do not like porridge, this drink – a real find

Ingredients:

2 bananas
4 large oranges
4 tbsp of oat flakes Fast food
1 pot of natural yoghurt
1-2 tbsp honey

Preparation:

Pour oatmeal 4 tbsp hot water for 1-3 minutes. Clean and cut the bananas into pieces. From oranges squeeze the juice.

Ready flakes and bananas, place in a blender with the juice and remaining ingredients. Shake, pour into glasses.

Serve immediately.
