For the marinade:

Olive oil — 1/4 Cup
Balsamic vinegar — 1/4 Cup
Crushed garlic — 2 cloves
Chopped parsley — 2 tbsp

For meatloaf:

Steak — 600 g
Roasted sweet pepper — 350 g
Chopped parsley leaves — 3 tbsp
Sliced prosciutto — 10 PCs.
Basil leaves — 24 PCs.
Grated Parmesan — 3 tbsp
Black pepper — 1/4 tsp


1. For the marinade: mix all the ingredients and mix well. Put aside.
