mushrooms – 300 g
Onions – 3 pcs.
Carrots – 1 pc.
dry oregano – 0.5 tsp
allspice – 5 pcs.
Potatoes – 3 pcs.
sunflower oil – 2 tbsp
flour – 3 tbsp. spoons
Powdered paprika – 0.5 tsp
Garlic – 1 clove
water – 3 l
bay leaf – 3 pieces.


Purified onion and cut into slices the carrots boil with bay leaves and allspice 30 minutes.

Add the soup peeled and sliced ​​potatoes and cook another 20 minutes.

Fry the sliced ​​mushrooms and the remaining two onions (also cut into small cubes), together with spices in vegetable oil.

In another frying pan fry for 2-3 minutes the flour.

Add the broth fried mushrooms and flour.

Add minced garlic and cook the soup for 10 minutes.
