Meatless pilaf in multivarka

Ingredients:

long grain rice – 2 multidishes (200g)
Dried porcini mushrooms – 50 grams,
medium onion – 1 pc.,
large carrots – 1 pc.,
sweet red peppers large – 1pc.,
tomato red – 1 piece.,
young zucchini – 1 pc.,
dry beans – 100 gr.,
head of garlic – 1 pc.,
Sunflower oil – 5CT. spoons,
salt, spices for pilaf

Preparation:

Beans are best soaked overnight, then cooked it perfectly with the main course. If you forget, you have to boil the beans separately until half.

Mushrooms pour boiling water, cover with a lid and leave for 30 minutes. Then fold in a colander or sieve, cut into strips. The liquid from the mushrooms, you will need to cook pilaf.
Wash and chop the vegetables of your choice – cubes or strips.

In a bowl Multivarki pour sunflower oil, to include in the mode “Roasting” and send it to brown the onions and carrots for 10 minutes – do not forget to stir the plastic or silicone spoon.

Then add the cup zucchini and pepper, fry for another 5 minutes. Finally, we send to cup mushrooms – roast for another 5 minutes.

Multivarka shut down, add a bowl of beans washed head of garlic, rice and salted mushroom vodichku spices. The liquid should be 1 cm above the layer contents of the bowl.

Turn multivarku mode “pilaf” – it is 40 minutes to prepare.

For 5 minutes until cooked meals add tomato, grated without skin, or a bit of tomato juice.
