Meatless muffins coffee


strong coffee (cooled) – one cup and a quarter,
sugar – half a cup,
vegetable oil – a quarter cup,
flour – 2 cups,
cocoa – 1 tablespoon,
baking powder – 1 tablespoon,
raisins – 100 g,
ground pistachios.


Flour, baking powder and cocoa in a bowl sift. Raisins Wash, mixed with a pinch of flour. Dissolve the sugar in coffee and slowly pour into flour. Then mix.

Add vegetable oil and mix. Add raisins dough. Mix. The dough turns out like thick cream.

Muffin tins to fill the dough in half. Sprinkle with ground pistachios or other nuts.

Bake muffins coffee in the preheated oven. Baking Temperature – 180°C.

Bake for 25 minutes is necessary.
