Meatless cabbage rolls with rice and mushrooms

Ingredients:

The leaves of cabbage – 400 g
Rice – 120 g
Onions – 1 pc.
Dried porcini mushrooms – 40 grams
Flour – 20 g
Tomato paste – 50 ml
Vegetable oil – for frying
Salt and pepper – to taste
Mushroom soup – to taste

Preparation:

1. Boil the rice in salted water and drain.

2. Dried mushrooms soak, boil and cut into strips.

3. Finely chop the onion and fry in vegetable oil until golden brown. All the ingredients to combine, mix, add salt and black pepper.

4. Rinse the cabbage leaves in boiling water and boil, then remove and cool. Cut off the leaves thickening.

5. On leaves prepared to put the filling and wrap envelope.

6. For the sauce, flour fry in vegetable oil until creamy, mushroom broth diluted to the desired thickness, boil, add the tomato paste and boil for 5 minutes.

7. Fry the cabbage rolls in a pan on all sides, put in a saucepan, pour the sauce and simmer until tender.
