Meatball turkey

Ingredients:

For the meatballs:
1 tablespoon butter
½ cup onion
2 cloves garlic
500g minced turkey
1 egg
½ cup bread crumbs
1 tablespoon of Worcester sauce
½ tablespoon dried parsley
1 teaspoon allspice
¼ teaspoon of crushed nutmeg

For the sauce:
400g beef broth
3 tablespoons of flour
1 tablespoon of Worcester sauce
½ tablespoon dried parsley
¼ teaspoon ground pepper
½ teaspoon salt
¼ cup sour cream

Preparation:

For the meatballs:

1. Mix turkey with allspice, nutmeg, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, dried parsley, breadcrumbs and egg.

2. In a small skillet, heat the butter over medium heat. Add onion and garlic and fry for 2-3 minutes in oil. Cool.

3. In a medium bowl, combine turkey, onion and garlic. Form balls approximately 2.5 cm in diameter. Fry until they are ready (or you can bake them in the oven for 20-25 minutes at 180 degrees).

For the sauce:

1.Vysypte flour in the pan, where the grilled meatballs, fry, to pour the broth, cook until flour is dissolved.

2. To this mixture add Worcester sauce, parsley, black pepper and salt. Bring to a boil, stir.

3. Lower the fire, add the meatballs and cream and simmer over low heat for 10-15 minutes. For the original taste, you can add jelly cranberries or black currant.
