This is the perfect side dish to taste meat and fish. And the bird it is a miracle as good. In general, if you do not mind a potato in your diet – be sure to cook!

Ingredients for 6 servings:

1kg potatoes (in purified form)

2 medium onions

100 g butter

120 g hard cheese

2 cloves garlic

salt to taste

Preparation:

Potatoes cut into slices, boil until tender in salted water.

While the potatoes are cooked, three on a coarse grater cheese.

In a frying pan over medium heat 2 tablespoons warm up vegetable oil. Put the onion and fry, stirring occasionally, until it caramelizing.
