Liver mini-cakes

Ingredients:

Chicken liver (or any other) – 500 g
Milk – 0.5 cups
Chicken Eggs – 2 pcs.
Wheat flour – 100 g
Baking powder – 0.5 tsp
Salt and pepper to taste
Vegetable oil in the dough – 2 tbsp

Filling:

Onions – 2 pcs.
Carrots – 1-2 pieces.
Salt and pepper to taste
Mayonnaise – 200 g
Garlic – 3 cloves
hard cheese – 200 g

Preparation:

Prepare the dough for pancakes liver. I pulverized liver in a food processor, add other products and whip until smooth.

Be sure to add in the dough for pancakes liver oil, thereby fritters fry on a dry frying pan with 2 sides for a few minutes.

And bake in an oven preheated to 200 g for 10-12 minutes to melt the cheese.

Mini cakes cool, sprinkle with chopped parsley if desired and garnish with cherry tomatoes.
