Lemon marmalade at home

Recipe for lemon marmalade


– 120 ml of water
– 400 g of sugar
– 1 packet of gelatin
– 60 ml of cold boiled water
– 180 ml lemon juice (3-4 lemons)
– A few spoonfuls of sugar for decoration


1. Gelatin pour 60 ml of cold boiled water and leave it to soak (5-10 minutes).

2. 400 grams of sugar and 120 ml of water are mixed and sent to the fire. Bring to a boil and boiled slightly.

3. The syrup remove from heat and add gelatin to it.

4. Pour the lemon juice, which is filtered through a sieve. Perfume liquid, which will soon be marmalade, stir and pour into the mold.

5. Cover with a lid and shape send in the refrigerator (or any other cool place) for 2 hours.

6. Ready marmalade cut into cubes that are dipped in sugar from all sides.
