Lean beef in soy sauce

400g lean beef
Garlic cloves 3
Soy sauce 3 tablespoons
Chili 1 piece
Ginger 1 head
Green beans (can be frozen) 300 g
Salt and pepper to taste
Olive oil

1. Cut the beef into thin slices. To simplify your task, you can put the meat in the freezer for a short while.

Cook for 3 minutes. Drain the water and put the beans in cold water.
