Lavender cookies with white chocolate

Ingredients 20-30 pieces:

250 g flour
125 g of brown sugar
a pinch of salt
1 tsp baking powder
120 g butter
2 tsp dry lavender flowers
2 small eggs (P-2)
100 g of white chocolate

Cookies are very tasty and flavorful – the perfect complement to a cup of tea or coffee.


1. flour is blended with sugar, salt and baking powder.

2. lavender oil and put in a bucket.

3. Melt the butter, remove from heat and ladle cooled to room temperature. Filter by flowers.

4. Beat the eggs with the oil.

5. Add the dry mix and knead the dough.

6. Chop the chocolate. It interferes with the batter.

7. Form the dough small balls and place them on a baking sheet. Lightly sprinkle with lavender.

8. We send in a preheated 180 degree oven and bake until golden edges, 12-15 minutes.

Let cool and serve.
