Lasagna with meat and mushrooms


● 300g lasagne sheets;
● 300 g of cheese;
● 300 grams of minced meat (pork or beef);
● 600g of tomatoes;
● 300 grams of mushrooms;
● 1 onion;
● 2 cloves of garlic;
● 1/2 glass of wine;
● 1 tablespoon tomato paste or ketchup;
● 1 tablespoon dried oregano;
● pepper, salt to taste.

For the sauce:

● 0,5 liters of milk;
● 50g butter;
● 50 g flour;
● 70 g Parmesan cheese;
● salt.


In preparing the classic lasagna sheets of dough, you can do it yourself – they are preparing similar to noodles. For speed, you can use special ready lasagna sheets, which can be bought in the supermarket. The first step is to prepare the vegetables – tomatoes peel and grate, mushrooms – chopped onion – Chop garlic – skip through the press.

Onions and garlic should shift into the pan and fry in butter. After 2 minutes should be added to the stuffing and mix well.

Thereafter stuffing must add tomato paste, tomato and mushroom rubbed, and to fry until the liquid evaporates. At the end should add salt and pepper, remove the meat and vegetables from the heat and cool.

Next you need to cook the sauce for lasagna. To do this in a frying pan should be melted butter, add the flour, lightly fry the mixture and pour the milk in a thin stream.

The sauce should be boiled for 15 minutes, after which it is necessary to add the grated cheese and salt. Baking brush with oil and place on a sheet of lasagne so that one little “attack” on the other.

You need to put on a sheet of prepared meat filling on top and pour the sauce. Cover the stuffing sheets and repeat the procedure again. In this way a few layers.

Top lasagna should cover sheets and sprinkle with grated cheese. Lasagna with meat must bake for 30 minutes in an oven heated to 220 degrees.
