Kohlrabi soup

Ingredients:

stalk of leeks – 1 pc.
large onion – 1 pc.
celery – 1 pc.
tomato paste – 1 tsp
fresh spinach – 50 g
salt – to taste
butter – 2 tbsp
potatoes – 2 pcs.
kohlrabi – 3 pieces.
carrot of medium size – 1 piece.

Preparation:

All vegetables are cleaned and washed. Onions, carrots, celery, stalk leeks finely chop, put in a saucepan with hot oil, add the tomato paste and fry, 7 min.

Kohlrabi cut into thin slices. Dipped in boiling water for 2 minutes, drain.

Potatoes cut into cubes. Boil in a pot of 1.5 liters of water, put all the prepared vegetables and cook over medium heat for 20 minutes.

Spinach finely chopped, add to the soup and cook for 4 minutes.

Add salt and pepper to taste, remove from heat.
