Kebab in the oven

meat (pork) – 1 kg
onions – 2-4 pieces.
vinegar – 3 tablespoons. l. (2 for pickling onions, 1 meat)
a mixture of peppers – 0.5 hours. l.
lemon juice – 3 tablespoons. l.
sugar – 1 tbsp. l.
seasoning for meat – 2 tbsp. l.
sleeve for baking


Cut the meat into small pieces. Add a mixture of peppers, seasoning, 1 tablespoon of vinegar and lemon juice. Thoroughly mix well and leave to marinate for 2 to 6 hours in the cold.

Cut the onion rings. Add 2 tablespoons of vinegar, 1 tablespoon of sugar and 4 tablespoons of water. Leave to marinate for 1 hour.

Prepare a sleeve for baking. Tie one end. Share on the bottom of pickled onions.
Top with meat.

Strike up the sleeve on the other side and make 2-3 puncture the top of the package. Put in preheated oven to t 250 ° C for 50 minutes. After 50 minutes to get a sheet and cut sleeve for roasting meat. If necessary, you can pour the juice precipitated. Again, place in oven for 30 minutes.
