It semifreddo with raspberry

Ingredients:

2 egg yolks
200 ml. cream 33%
0.5 cups of sugar (250 ml beaker)
1 package (10 oz.) Vanilla sugar
0.5 cups of raspberries

Preparation:

Beat egg yolks with sugar and vanilla sugar until white

Separately, whip the cream, mix the two masses mixer

Add the raspberries, mix, put the mass in the form, put in the freezer overnight.
