Honey cake with sour cream

Ingredients:

Honey – 2 tbsp
egg – 1 pc.
flour – 2 cups
Sugar – 1 cup
Soda – 1 tsp
butter – 200 g
nuts
Sugar – 1 cup
chocolate
cream 30% fat – 500 g

Preparation:

Cook cakes. Butter to soften and grind together with egg and sugar. Honey to heat, add baking soda and pour in the prepared mixture.

Add sifted flour and knead the dough. Divide it into 5 parts, roll each into a circle 1 cm thick and bake in a preheated 180 ° C oven until golden brown, 10-15 minutes. Trim the edges, the crumbs to keep.

Whip the cream with the sugar well fluff all the layers and put them on top of each other. Nuts and chocolate are chopped with a knife, mix with the remaining crumbs and sprinkle top of cake. Let it brew, at least 2 hours.
