Homemade lemonade

2.5 liters of mineral water without gas or bottled water
3-4 large lemon
juice of 2 large pink grapefruit
1.5-2 cups brown sugar
half of a small bundle of mint (leaves only)

Carefully wash the lemons with a brush, cut arbitrarily and lightly crush in a blender.

Prepare the syrup: Pour into a small saucepan 2 cups mineral (bottled) water, Stir in 1.5 cups sugar, put on a small fire and cook the syrup, stirring constantly, until the sugar is dissolved, about 5 minutes.

Fill with crushed lemon prepared with water – but not heat it, otherwise the drink will taste bitter. Add the syrup and place for 8-10 hours in the refrigerator.

Remove from the refrigerator lemonade mixture, stir and strain through a fine sieve or cheesecloth. Add freshly squeezed grapefruit juice. Check whether enough sugar, if not, add more syrup or honey.

Pour lemonade into a pitcher, add the mint leaves and store in the refrigerator until use.
