Hearty salad with meat, cabbage and mushrooms

Ingredients

Meat – 200-300 g
Cabbage – 300 g
Mushrooms (marinated) – 100 g
Bulgarian pepper – 1 pc
Cucumber (fresh) – 1 pc
Onion – 0.5 pc

Preparation:

The meat in this salad can be any – boiled, baked. I specifically fry slices of beef.

To do this, cut the beef into thin slices and marinate in a mixture of eggs, mustard and starch (1 egg, 1 tbsp mustard, 1 tbsp starch). Give a little stand for the meat in the marinade, then fry over high heat, stirring constantly.

Cabbage finely chop.

Bulgarian pepper and cucumber cut into fine strips.

Onions cut into half rings.

Added marinated mushrooms and stir.

Dress the salad with mayonnaise can be like, and vegetable oil. If you refuel with vegetable oil, then sprinkle the salad with lemon juice – it will give a good acidity.
