Grilled tuna with spicy-sweet marinade

Grilled tuna with spicy-sweet marinade

Ingredients:

tuna fish steak – 2 PCs.
olive oil – 1 tbsp
soy sauce – 1 tbsp
lemon juice – 1 tbsp
garlic cloves – 1 PC.
the small ginger – 1 PC.
brown sugar – 1 tbsp
Cayenne pepper – 1/3 tsp.
salt – 1/4 tsp
black pepper powder – 1/4 tsp

Preparation:

Prepare the tuna steaks.

RUB on a small grater, garlic clove and ginger about the same size.

Add sugar, pepper, salt.

Add the soy sauce, olive oil and lemon juice.

Thoroughly coat the fish with marinade, remove it in the bag and leave to marinate for 30 min.

Fry the steaks in the pan-grill for 3 minutes on both sides.

Our fish is served with fresh lettuce and vegetables.
