Green salad with figs, gorgonzola and walnuts

This versatile salad and perfectly fresh, and dried figs, and therefore, there can be all year round.

Ingredients:

5 of ripe fresh figs (6-7 or dried)
1 medium head of lettuce (iceberg, Roman – your choice)
3-4 tbsp walnut oil
50 g Gorgonzola
1/4 cup walnuts
2 lemons
salt, freshly ground black pepper

Preparation:

If you are using dried figs, not fill it with very hot water with a little lemon juice, leave for 1 hour, then remove, dry, cut into strips. Fresh figs, cut into 4 pieces.

Wash the lettuce, disassemble on the leaves and pat dry. Tear leaves your hands and put them in a large bowl. Drizzle with oil, sprinkle with salt and stir.

Walnuts lightly fry in a dry frying pan. Add the figs in a bowl of nuts and crumbled cheese. Stir. Sprinkle with pepper.

By Salad served cut into large slices of lemons.

* If you want a salad with a milder taste, cook for him dressing with blue cheese (mix yogurt with olive oil and add the crumbled cheese) and in this case, do not put cheese in a basic salad.
