Green beans, peas and leeks, roasted with garlic

Green beans, peas and leeks, roasted with garlic

Ingredients:

soy sauce
1 leek (white part only)
Garlic – 2 cloves
250g green beans
vegetable oil – 4 tbsp
fine sea salt
a pinch of dried oregano
150 g of sugar peas

Preparation:

Beans and peas washed, cut off the ends. In pea pods to remove fibers. Leek wash and cut into rings. Garlic clean, finely chop.

In a frying pan pour the water layer of about 2 cm. Bring to a boil, put the beans, salt and cooking without a lid on a mild heat for 5 minutes. Tilt the beans in a colander. The pan dry.

In the same skillet heat the vegetable oil, put the beans. Cook, stirring, for 2 minutes, then add the peas, garlic and leeks, all together cook for 3 minutes. Remove from heat. Season with soy sauce and oregano.
