Greek salad with mozzarella


500g cherry tomatoes
½ tbsp caster sugar
2 cloves garlic
½ tsp dried oregano
1 shallot
2 st.l.krasnogo wine vinegar
6 tablespoons olive oil first cold pressed
120 g mini mozzarella
ground black pepper
1 small cucumber
15 olives
5 sprigs of parsley


cherry tomatoes cut in half, fold in a small bowl and sprinkle with sugar. Leave for 30 minutes, then transfer to a centrifuge to dry lettuce.

Spins the centrifuge for about a minute to separate the juice. Put the tomatoes in a bowl.

Strain the juice is separated in a small saucepan, add the chopped garlic and shallot, oregano and vinegar.

Simmer on low heat 6-8 minutes.

Pour the mass into a bowl, add salt, stir in the olive oil and stir. Add the mozzarella and leave to marinate.

Cucumber peel and cut into slices. Olives free from bones.

Put in decorative jars layers: cucumber, olives, tomatoes and mozzarella, along with the marinade. Sprinkle with chopped parsley.

Before submitting refrigerate.
