Ingredients:

Pork tenderloin — 2 kg
Ham — 300 g
Chicken eggs — 2 PCs.
Pear — 2 PCs.
Pickled cucumber — 1 piece
Walnut kernels — 1 Cup.
White wine, salt, spices, vegetable oil — to taste

Preparation:

1. To prepare the pork: thoroughly wash the meat, dry with a towel. Marinate for 2 hours in dry white wine with salt and pepper. Again dry. Then with a sharp knife to cut meat in the form of “books”.
2. Kernels clean from the shell, to bake in the pan for 10 minutes. Half grind in a coffee grinder to a state of fine crumbs. Mix the ground nuts with the egg so as to obtain a homogeneous mass. Add whole nuts, slices of pear and cucumber and mix again.
3. Of meat place a layer of thin slices of ham. Then spread the walnut filling, a bit of her pre-salted and pepper. Roll the meat jelly roll. Twist the rolls with cooking string.
4. Lubricate the rolls with sunflower oil, leave in a plastic bag for 10-15 minutes. When the oil is absorbed, bake the meat for 1 hour in an oven at a temperature of 180°C. So that the loaf turned out very rich, you need to periodically water the eye-catching meat juice
