German potato salad

this recipe as a variant of the famous German potato salad


pickles – 2 pcs
Mustard seeds – 1 tsp
salami – 8 circles
fresh dill – 5 sprigs
white wine vinegar – 1 tbsp
potatoes – 500 g
coarse mustard – 1 tsp
olive oil – 4 tbsp
onions – 2 pcs


Boil potatoes in their skins until cooked, allow to cool. Cucumbers chop.

Dill wash and chop. Onion peel and cut into thin rings, salami – straws.

Peel the potatoes, cut into large pieces, put them into a bowl.

Add mustard seeds, cucumbers, dill and salami.

Prepare the filling. Mix the oil, vinegar, mustard, salt and pepper.

Fill salad, mix gently.
