Fruit salad with mint dressing


2 fresh apples
2 fresh pears
juice of 1 lemon
2 large canned peach
4-5 fresh plums
200g large black grapes
1 bundle of mint
3 tbsp. l. Sahara
150 g of natural yoghurt


Fresh fruit wash. Apples and pears cut into 4 pieces, remove the core. Plum cut in half and remove pits. Grapes are removed from the brush. Cut each berry in half.

Cut the apples and pears into cubes. Put in a bowl and sprinkle with lemon juice. The same cut into cubes of plum.

Peaches put on a paper towel and allow to dry.

Cut the peaches into cubes. Add plums, peaches and grapes in a bowl to apples and pears. Sprinkle 1 tablespoon sugar, mix well, cover and refrigerate.

Prepare the sauce. Mint wash, dry and disassemble on the leaves. In saucepan, dissolve the sugar in the remaining 0.5 cups of water.

Put on the stove and bring to a boil. Add mint leaves. Cook over medium heat until the volume of liquid is reduced by half.

Wipe sauce through a fine sieve, let cool. Mix mint syrup with yogurt and season the salad.

Serve cold.
