Fruit cake with berries


flour – 1 cup of dough, 1 tablespoon Cream
sugar – 2 tbsp
powdered sugar – 3 tbsp
butter (chilled) – 160 g
Ice water – 2-3 tablespoons for the test, 0.5 cups of jelly
cream (20% fat) – 300 g
egg yolk – 3 pieces.

Gelatin – 10-15 g

1. pour the flour into a dry bowl and add to it the sugar and butter. Stir until all the crumbs. Add 3 tablespoons of ice water and knead the dough. The resulting dough wrap with cling film and put them in the refrigerator for 1 hour.

2. While our dough cools, prepare the cream! To do this, take the pan to send her cream, three egg yolks, 1.5 tbsp powdered sugar, 1 tablespoon flour and vanilla essence.

All mix well and set on fire. Bring to a boil and cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until the mixture becomes thick. Then remove from the heat and give the cream to cool, stirring occasionally while.

3. Take the baking tin with a removable bottom and grease it with oil. Roll out the dough and shift it into shape. Prick the dough with a fork across the surface, and send in the refrigerator for 15 minutes.

Then the chilled dough put in a preheated 200 degree oven for 20-25 minutes. Ready cake cool without taking it out of shape.

4. Soak the gelatin in cold water (0.5 cups) and after the grains swell and become transparent, pour it into a large container. Add the dry white wine and the rest of the powdered sugar. The mixture is heated, not boiling and stirring constantly with her. Leave to cool slightly.
