such recipe is popular in Thailand and India.

Ingredients:

Vermicelli

Vegetable oil

Boiling water

Spices, salt, pepper, herbs like what

Preparation:

Heat the oil in a frying pan. In hot oil throw thin vermicelli and fry it until a reddish, brownish and bright white vermicelli.

Sprinkle with spices and fill with boiling water.

Boiled water should not be too much – not too little, gently pour the liquid on a hot frying pan – the steam can burn.

As soon as the water boils and evaporates almost completely, cover the pan with a lid for a few minutes.

Serve with vegetables, any meat or fish. Or cook fried noodles with bacon and pear
