French toast with tomato and cheese

 French toast with tomato and cheese

Ingredients:

Bread is best baguette – 3 pieces
Eggs – 1 pc.
Milk – 2 tbsp
Tomatoes – ½ piece.
Grated cheese – 3 tbsp
dill
Salt pepper
Vegetable oil

Preparation:

Egg Mix with milk, chopped dill, salt and pepper.

The whole mixture well whisk or fork.

Bread cut.

Put the bread slices in the egg mixture and let it soak well and is put on the stove pan with vegetable oil and warm it well.

Fry the croutons on both sides, if left on the plate a little egg mixture, then gently pour it on top of the toast.

Then, ready to toast to put on a thin circle of tomato, salt and pepper lightly.

Sprinkle with grated cheese and place under the grill until cooked, the cheese has melted and formed a nice crust.
