100 g flour
50 g butter
1 egg yolk
2 eggs
vegetable oil for deep frying
sugar powder for coating


Sift the flour onto a large sheet of parchment. Put sliced butter into a small pan with 250 ml of hot water, bring to a boil. Cook, stirring, until the butter is melted. Fold the parchment groove and add the flour. Remove from the heat.

Beat with a wooden spoon until a homogeneous smooth dough.

Add yolk and eggs. Continue to beat until the dough will be smooth and shiny, 5 min.

In a skillet heat vegetable oil for deep frying. Tablespoon, greased with butter, take the dough and dip in boiling oil.
To cook in portions of 5 min. to Spread the donuts with a slotted spoon to paper towels.

Before serving, sprinkle with powdered sugar.
