These candies easy to take with you – for a walk, to work, on trips.

In one candy 50 calories, 1 g protein, 2 g fat, 6 g carbs

25-30 for the preparation of sweets we need:

• 200 g oat flakes;
• 50 g of nuts;
• 100 g dried apricots;
• 20 g of honey;
• 20 grams of vegetable oil.

Preparation:

Grind nuts and dried apricots.

Mix. Add cereal, honey and oil. Mix thoroughly.

Form balls and put into preheated 180-200 degree oven until then, until the candy becomes Golden. On average 15-20 minutes depending on oven and size of sweets.
