Fish with tomatoes

Ingredients:

– 4 fillets of white varieties
– 1 jar of tomatoes in juice
– 1 carrot
– 1 onion
– greenery
– garlic
– Oil for frying

Preparation:

1. Fry the onions, carrots and a lower part greens, add the tomatoes, garlic, salt. Put out 2-3 minutes.

2. Place the fish pieces and “hide” their gravy.

3. Simmer, covered for 10-15 minutes. Before serving, sprinkle the remains of greenery.
