Fish with cheese and tomatoes

Ingredients:

Fish silver carp (2-3 kg) – 1 pc.
Tomatoes – 4 pcs.
Cheese – 300 g
Lemon – 1 pc.
Mayonnaise – 1 pack 200 g
Dill and parsley
Salt and pepper to taste
Spices for fish to taste

Preparation:

Prepared fish (shelled and gutted) cut into portions.

Season with salt and pepper, sprinkle with lemon juice and pickle 10 minutes.

Cheese rub on a fine grater, finely cut greens, connect them together and mix.

Fish with mayonnaise and spread on a baking sheet.

We spread the fish slices of tomatoes, sprinkle with cheese with herbs and put in a preheated to 250-280 C oven for 30-40 minutes.
