mixture of dry herbs of Provence
fillet of white sea fish – 500 g
smoked ham – 500 g
vegetable oil – 2 tbsp
salt, pepper
tomato paste – 3 tbsp
lemon juice – 2 tbsp


Fish fillets wash, dry and cut into small pieces. To place them in a bowl, drizzle with lemon juice, cover and place in the fridge for 20 mins to get the Fish from the fridge and brush each piece with tomato paste. Sprinkle with salt, pepper and mixture of dried herbs.

Ham cut into thin strips, for each strip to put a piece of fish fillet and roll tube. Grease with vegetable oil. Fry on a grill rack for 15 minutes When the dish is fish the tube can be decorated with slices of lemon and herbs or serve with vegetable garnish.
