Fish meatballs in a creamy sauce

Ingredients:

Minced fish — 250 g
Onion — 1 PC.
Biscuits (grinded) — 3-4 tbsp
Cream 30% — 300 ml
Cheese (grated) — 50-100 g
Broccoli — to taste
Salt — to taste
White pepper — to taste

Preparation:

In ceviche to scroll down or very finely chop a small onion. Add ground bread crumbs (if the meat is watery, add a little more breadcrumbs), salt and white pepper to taste.

Blind meatballs, choosing a size depending on the volume of forms in which they will be baked.

Disassemble the broccoli into small florets (you can do without it).

Put meatballs in single serve ramekins or in a large form and send in the oven for 5 minutes at 200°C, so they are a bit “grabbed”.

To make the sauce: in a bowl pour the cream, add grated cheese, salt and pepper to taste.

Get the moulds out of the oven, spread between meatballs broccoli (optional).

Pour the meatballs sauce and send in the oven at 180-190°C for another 20 minutes.
