To prepare the fish cutlets will need:

pollock fillets 1 kg
onion 1 piece.
sour cream 3 tbsp
semolina 3 tsp
Dutch cheese 150g
egg 1 piece
1 cup flour
salt pepper
sesame
butter 1 tbsp
vegetable oil
