Ingredients:
Eggs – 3
Saury or salmon – 1 Bank
Potatoes – 3-4 pcs.
Onions – 1
Sour Cream – 250ml
Mayonnaise – 250ml

Preparation:

1.Smeshayte eggs, sour cream and mayonnaise.
2.Ostalnye components lay in layers in a baking dish:
1 layer – potatoes, cut into slices;
2 layer – onions, sliced into half rings;
3 layer – pulverized canned fish.

Fill all the layers of a mixture of mayonnaise, sour cream and eggs. Optionally, you can sprinkle with grated cheese.
Bake in the oven (or microwave oven with a “grill” or “convection”) until the potatoes are cooked.
