Finnish blueberry pie


butter – 150 g
egg – 1 PC.
cream of 9% – 1/3 Cup
sugar – 300 g
flour – 250 g
fresh frozen blueberries – 400 g
2 tbsp corn starch


Blend butter with 200 g sugar. Add the egg, then gradually add the cream and pour the flour. Knead the dough and put in baking dish with a diameter of 24 cm, Cover with cling film and refrigerate for 30 minutes.

Blueberries unfreeze, dried, mixed with the remaining sugar and starch.

Spread the filling over the dough. Bake the cake for 40 minutes. at 180 ° C.
