Eggs in mustard sauce

It can be served as an appetizer for a holiday, for example at Easter or breakfast


strips of bacon – 6 pcs.
egg – 6 pcs.
vegetable oil – 1 tbsp

For the sauce:

Apple Cider Vinegar – 0.25 cups
Mustard – 0.5 cups
honey – 0.3 cups
ketchup – 1 tbsp
sugar – 1 tbsp


On the eve of prepared sauce. Beat until smooth mustard with honey, vinegar, ketchup and sugar. Cover and place in refrigerator for 1 day.

The next day, boil hard boiled eggs. Pour cold water, remove the shell. Wrap each egg in a strip of bacon.

Fry the eggs in hot oil until golden brown. The dish with low bumpers pour the sauce, put the egg.
